An authorized user may request deletion of personal information or a connected-platform authorization held by AdBrick AI. These instructions apply to Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta, TikTok, and AdBrick AI tenant records.
1. Revoke provider access
You may immediately prevent future provider access using the provider’s controls:
- Google Ads or GA4: remove AdBrick AI from your Google Account’s third-party access/connection permissions.
- Meta: remove AdBrick AI through Facebook/Meta Business Integrations or the applicable Business Settings app integration.
- TikTok: revoke the AdBrick AI authorization through the applicable TikTok for Business authorization settings.
Where an in-product disconnect control is available, an authorized tenant operator may also use it. Revoking at the provider prevents future access but does not by itself erase AdBrick audit records.
2. Send a deletion request
Email privacy@adbrick.ai from the address associated with your AdBrick AI access. Use the subject “Data deletion request” and include:
- Your name and organization or tenant name.
- The platform(s) involved: Google Ads, GA4, Meta, TikTok, or AdBrick AI.
- The connected account/property/Business identifier or label, if known.
- Whether you want the connection credential deleted, personal information deleted, tenant data deleted, or all applicable data deleted.
Do not email passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, app secrets, or other authentication credentials.
3. Verification and processing
We verify the requestor’s identity, tenant membership, and authority before deleting tenant or connected-account information. After verification, we disable the applicable connection and delete or de-identify active credentials and personal information covered by the request, subject to the exceptions below. We respond within the time required by applicable law and send confirmation to the verified requestor.
4. Information that may be retained
We may retain the minimum information required for security investigations, fraud prevention, legal claims, accounting, regulatory obligations, and the auditability of previously approved advertising actions. Retained records are access-controlled and are not used to reconnect a revoked platform authorization. Provider-side data remains subject to that provider’s own retention and deletion practices.
5. Meta-specific instructions
This page is AdBrick AI’s public Meta user-data deletion instructions URL. To request deletion following removal of AdBrick AI from Meta Business Integrations, email privacy@adbrick.ai with the subject “Meta data deletion request”. Include the AdBrick tenant name and the Meta Business/ad-account identifier or label if known. We do not need your Meta password, access token, or app secret.
